Forest Heights Lodge is very proud of our faculty and staff. Some of our core staff members have been with us for 10, 20 and up to 35 years!
Linda Clefisch- LCSW, BCD - Executive Director
Linda Clefisch has worked with Forest Heights Lodge over 34 years as an intern, Child Care Worker, Outpatient Coordinator and Executive Director. She has worked as a consultant for Oregon Children's Services and Pikes Peak Mental Health, Colorado Springs, CO. Linda has developed trainings and consultations including treatment planning for children with special needs. Linda was the outpatient director for 18 years. Linda is a licensed individual and family therapist specializing in working with children dealing with separation, loss and trauma. Her experience and training is focused on a developmental and relationship model. Linda was appointed the Executive Director in 1995, bringing a wealth of experience and training to the children, families and staff at Forest Heights Lodge.

Mark Ryan Henninger - Residence Director

Prior to working at Forest Heights Lodge Mark has had experience as an EMT, Wilderness First Responder, climbing instructor and Colorado backpack guide. These experiences have aided him as he coordinates the Lodge's ski program, summer activity groups (biking, indoor climbing, hiking etc…), and student council. Mark works with the boys and child care workers on a daily basis.
